Payment
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted for credit
card payments. Do not email your credit card information.
Send it via US Mail or call 206-501-7093 to speak with someone
directly. Cashiers checks, money orders, and personal
checks are accepted for mail-in orders. Personal checks may
delay order processing up to 10 days to allow for check clearance.
Shipping
Most items will ship within 10 business days. Orders during
holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders,
and out-of-stock items may take longer. In addition, please
allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been
shipped for UPS Ground deliveries within the continental United
States. Large orders; items which are oversized or shipped
via U.S. Mail; overseas shipments; and shipments to Alaska,
Canada, Hawaii, Military addresses, and P.O. boxes may take
longer and may incur additional
shipping costs. Overseas shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for
delivery depending on method of shipping. Incorrect addresses
will be subject to a UPS correction fee. The UPS signature
confirmation option is available upon request.
